Jeff, thank you for the conversation and for showing me the flow report from your last service. You have a great set of injectors! All 6 flowed within 2cc's of each other!

This is true, after I had to have new injectors cleaned. The before chart was a little upsetting. Things should be good now.

My 440's are working pretty hard but have no problem keeping the A/F's in check at 415whp.

My tuner installed my 600cc injectors today, and he told me he had to put 2mm spacers on them.

He said he measured stock ones the the DW ones, and that the DW ones would hit the fuel rail hence the need for 2mm spacers.

Our injectors are indeed a couple mm taller. With the stock injectors, when the rail is bolted to the IM there is a few mm of play. It is the pressure of the fuel system and the o-rings/seals that keep the injectors in place. Our injectors simply take up that slack that is normally there. While the spacers installed by your mechanic maintain the play of the stock injectors, it is not necessary for installation or operation.

Any idea if the 1200cc injectors you are going to be coming out with will be the same size?

The new sizes will still be drop-in fitment.

The drop-in fitment injectors that we sell by model are high impedence. We do have "universal" low impedance injector sizes available, but they will not be drop-in fitment for most applications.

Nothing new to report, yet. We are still looking for an early summer release.
