Default started my greddy twin turbo install

so i been working on the car for 4 hours today.. all i got done was removing one of the headers..taking off the header cover took forever.. it was a PITA.... the kit i have is from a 350z and i have a g35... everything should be the same right??? after putting on the headers from the greddy kit.. the turbo seems like its going to be a very tight squeeze.. i am doing the install without pulling the motor.. but after removing the headers.. everything else seems like it wont be that bad.. anyy tipss would be appreciated

it should fit the G35 just fine. You might need to make a couple small changes but they are basically the same car. fitment of the turbos/ engine bay space is identical on both cars.

you may wanna get an engine hoist and simply raise the engine up a bit..........makes it much easier..

I installed a PE kit without removing the engine and the drivers side isn't that bad... but the passenger side was a PITA!! The turbo straddled the engine mount and I had to get creative on the install.... I do not know exactly where the 18G's sit.... but they can't to different.???

Post pics of the install!!!!

Yea, plus one on lifting the motor a little bit. If you can get it out, things will be much easier. If your def. set on leaving it in the car, then jacking the motor up a wee bit will help...

Also, if doing it in the car, make sure your able to reach everything to properly heat wrap it. On a side note, the passenger turbo rubbed against my power steering line after it was installed... move that line and protect it before you put the turbos in. It is much easier to do it before the turbo is in the car.

Good luck on the project!
