Default HELP: fuel feed hose from the pump assembly???

Need to hook up a fuel line from my Fuel surge tank. Since the pump assembly fuel line has a plastic quick connect (About a foot length) line and up to oem fuel pipe line is some sort of plastic hard line, I can not just remove the hose.
any way I can just remove that plastic line and hook up a hose straight to the hard line?

have this piece i can use

I will hook up a 6an hose-end to this and use 5/16 fuel hose line to hook up the other end of this piece to my oem hard line...

thank you...

Ohhh, okay. Sorry, for some reason I was thinking about the hard pipe up by the engine bay.

Looks like you have what you need in the first picture you posted... Put that into the stock hose fitting that uses to go on the pump.
