some blow up at 10K miles.. some blow up at 100K.. some dont even blow. every car is different. Boosting a Z will put stress to your motor. It all comes down to if you have money to rebuild once it does blow. Always plan ahead. gl.
Get a good tune, don't crank up the boost. There's no real reason it should blow unless its driver/tuner error. The same things that will blow a 150k mile motor will blow a 10k mile motor. People thinking they can push the limits just because they have low mile engine are the ones that run into trouble.
i have 2006 m/t 350z planning to go turbo but does mileage matter in order to put turbo?like what if i have 150 k miles then what shall i do?
You will need to build the motor along with the forced induction set-up.
Any serious levels of boost will wreak havoc on a 150k mile motor!!!
Don't try to go cheap, this is not a cheap man's game. DO IT RIGHT....OR DO IT TWICE!!

I like that last line.
But i really hope this dude isnt going to try and rebuild his own motor. Or install a turbo kit. if he doesnt even know the concepts of wear and tear. thats scary...
