Default My 700whp thead : )

Instead of updating the old thread I figured I'd create a new one since I'm too lazy to look it up and the thread was already getting a little outta hand. Anyway I'll keep this simple and to the point. Today I took the Z to a local shop (Innovative Motorworks) and strapped the Z on the dyno. I had my buddy John retune the car and fix the issues with the current pump gas tune that resulted from my last tune session somewhere else.... and tune it on q16. Keeping it straight to the point here are the new numbers as follows:
Pump gas:
585whp/551wtq @ 13psi (spring pressure)
651whp/638wtq @ 20psi

Q16:

712whp/676wtq @ 23psi
Now I can officially say that I reached my goal that I set out for. The car on q16 feels out of this world. I wanna thank everyone along the way who helped me build/put the car together and John for tuning the beast.

As requested here is the final spec sheet of my build:
IPP Stage 1 Shortblock
Greddy TT kit w/20g compressor wheels & ported hotsides from Blouch Performance Turbo
AAM 3" downpipes & dumps
AAM oil pan spacer & turbo oil returns
AAM stage .5 fuel return setup
Custom fuel feed setup w/bosch 044 & walbro 255 pumps & DW/Denso 800cc injectors
Custom 4" single exhaust
RPS Stage 6 clutch
JWT flywheel
HKS EVC VI boost controller & BOV
Kinetix SS Venturi intake manifold
Mishimoto Radiator & coolant hoses
TurboXs Utec EMS & MAP switch
Stock Heads & Cams

Here are a few pics of the car and the q16 plot.
Enjoy

congrats

you gonna take to the strip on Q16? or was that a 1 time #?

Also interesting to note that Q16 is an oxygenated fuel, so FWIW dont run that boost using C16 (or anything else for that matter )

The q16 map is a fully drivable map and I plan on running it at the track once I get a good set of tires in the rear. I'll mainly troll around on 13 psi most of the time though, and rarely run the q16 on the street....unless that is that my mouth outruns my 20psi setting

Soooo... that would be basically Thursday at the Brothers meet

Remember to purge the tank or run it way low and refuel and drive a bit or the Q will start eating things.

Today was fun. Too bad my boost controller was fighting with me. Next time I'm going for 550 or so.

The 49*C intake temps weren't helping either.

Haha yea that was me with the blow-by issues. It is the same motor as before. 2 weeks ago we did a leakdown test and it came back in great shape so I made no changes, drove the car around babying it and now its running great. So whatever the issue was it's gone now. I also added a drain/vent to upper oil pan but I havent been getting much oil in the catch can regardless...

The q16 was $85 for a 5 gallon drum not the cheapest thing in world thats for sure, but hey gotta pay to play right?

Yea they're good guys. I live out near Hershey so I'm usually only in the carlise area to hangout with everyone or as off recently put the car on the dyno. It's good times at the shop so I will most likely be making my way down there more often now.
