you guys are making me scared right know. everywhere i read, people sayed it was normal that the vortech make some kind of specail ''sound''. i hear some kind of gears grinding pretty hard on my vortech setup. my car makes the same sound on the idle as this car.

that doesn't sound like a happy blower. i realize that's not your car, but at what RPM is your idle set?

 

i'm not sure, would need to check tomorow. I read a few months back, that it was normal sound and i needed to put my idle 100rpm higher. When i give the 100rpm more the sound goes away.

 

mine sounds normal, but i'm hearing a whine from the back of the driver's seat. don't know what that is..
