limits of stock VLSD

If you feel like putting Hp into the ground i would swap the diff. My car is NA and the VLSD couldn't put power down, i think its pointless to be FI without a proper diff.

You've got it backwards...
If you have an LSD both tires should spin the same direction. Open diff = opposite direction.

Thats what I thought. Is the VLSD any better than the LSD?
