Default Need ECU reset advice

My setup:

Built, cams, Vortech, Uprev, walbro, 550's...

I disconnected my battery earlier today. Cleaned up my wiring, pulled plugs 1,3,5. Everything looked good. Played around with my crankcase vent plumming, catch can and what not.
Anyway I just put everything back together. Reconnected the neg terminal. Turned to on position and noticed my radio stations got reset. Which I think is an indication that my ecu reset.

Started her up for about 40seconds, idling a bit eratic, and noticed my A/f not in the normal 14.0 - 14.9 range. It's bouncing around 15, 16, spiked for a sec...

I got scared so I shut her down. This is my first time disconnecting the battery. I went through a bit of threads and found several ecu reseting procedures.

What should I do exactly. The previous owner only has 1 map on the uprev so I've never messed with the map switching yet.

What should I do next? Dont want to damage anything in haste, so here I sit hoping to get some advice.

Well I discovered a vacuum leak. I forgot to tighten my temporary plug on the intake plenum.
Now I'm running pig rich. 12 - 13 a/f at idle. 14's on light load. I think I confused the ecu. Then again that's unmetered air going directly to my plenum. The ecu shouldn't of made any adjustments regarding that. Hmmmm...?

How rich for how long will start to wash the cylinder wall lubrication and start to cause damage? Am I even close to that?

There is no way your going to wash the cylinders with 12afr. Also, unmetered air will not cause rich condition, it will cause lean condition. Go for a drive, let the ecu relearn and you should have normal 14 - 15afr soon.

Correct.
I was thinkin that because of my vacuum leak the ecu was compensating by richening the mixture. Then I fix the leak, and the ecu staying with the same mix is all.

I disconnected the battery all nite and everything is sealed up. Lets see what happens.
