My Boosted Performance Single Build
I ordered a BP Single Tuner Kit from Sasha earlier this summer, but haven't had time to make a thread for my install.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the driveability of the car, the quality of the kit, and Boosted Performance's customer service.
Quality:
As some of the other threads have said, the BP single kit is really great. Welds are pretty amazing (Sasha is like a robot). The kit came with everything for install.
The only problem I had was a defective relay unit for the scavenge oil pump (wasn't BP's fault). Sasha has great customer service. He sent me a new one super fast. Props to Sasha!
DIY Install:
Overall, the install was fairly easy. I installed the kit with the car on jackstands in my garage. Kind of a pain in the butt, but it all worked out fine. Only took a little more than a full day to install. This was without a lift, and without air tools.
I'll add pictures to the thread when I go through and find them on my computer.
Dyno!!!
I had the car tuned at Topspeed in Alpharetta, Georgia. The guys there are great, and really took care of me. I highly recommend them!
Car is still stock block, so I opted for a super conservative tune. Should be doing a build later this year or early next year.

I was running wastegate spring pressure, about 7 psi (0.5 bar)

I got the Precision 6262. It's at wastegate pressure (0.5 bar spring)still. Can't wait to do the engine build and turn this baby up.

Do u really need them for any single turbo kit? lol, PowerLab single turbo installed in a garage with basic tools over a weekend 
Not too bad OP, I did about the same on 4.5 psi with my PowerLab 35R.

Keep in mind that your boost probably tapered off by the time you got to 6500rpm. So your boost pressure at peak HP is probably 5psi or so.
In order to keep boost even all the way to red line you need a boost controller. The exhaust pressure before the turbo will force the wastegate open more than it should, reducing your manifold pressure. It is just how things works. Ideally, the exhaust pressure before the turbo should be in the 1.5 to 1.75 times your boost pressure.

In order to keep boost even all the way to red line you need a boost controller. The exhaust pressure before the turbo will force the wastegate open more than it should, reducing your manifold pressure. It is just how things works. Ideally, the exhaust pressure before the turbo should be in the 1.5 to 1.75 times your boost pressure.

nice that it was a nice and easy install for you and that you are happy, but i say the numbers are kind of weak for 7psi on a dynojet nonetheless...what size turbo is this?
like the other guy said ive seen powerlab kits make more power or the same on much less boost and that is a kit to compare to this one far as i can tell

When I did my spring pressure run with a 7psi spring, my boost at red line was just under 5psi. You need a boost controller to keep the w/g closed/cycling in the higher RPM range.
EDIT:
Have a look at the dyno that Vas posted. 8.5 psi and 415whp 402wtq. This is why I don't like comparing numbers, the dyno is a tool.
