Default boost leak - sparkplug area?

Hi guys, recently installed a turbonetics in my g35 and having a pain in the *** time trying to find my leak. ive narrowed it down to the hose that connects the plenum that runs to the area where the spark plugs are. (sorry i dont know what this area is called) i can build only 5 psi when this tube is patent. when i cover up this connection, i can build 9. in addition, i also hear a hissing noise that is coming from that area. anyone experience this? I cant be the first... thanks for any input.

Your PCV valve may be leaking / faulty. Put a check valve in line with the PCV and before the manifold to prevent boost from pressurizing the crankcase.

PCV valve worked. thanks! i can build 10 psi now. i figure this is enough cause im going to be boosting about 7 psi. am i right? or should i be able to build more pressure? just replaced the plenum gasket. im sure theres still a small leak in the lower gasket. will this effect me if im going to boost just 7?
