Question Anyone need a set of DSS Pro Axles?

Figured I would post here since this is the only area of the forum that would need such an item. They are brand new in the box as shipped from Hal@Injected, Never got around to installing them and I am going to sell the G.

Anyhow, don't know if these are easily available now, I paid $1,800 which was the group buy price back then, these are the axles that actually replace the stock CV's as well.

Mods if you could leave this thread here I would greatly appreciate it, help out a veteran

Hope everyone is doing well, I have been out of the scene for a while, and if things are as they used to be there is no way I would have enough time to catch up on the drama

-George

EDIT: Here is the thread, didn't even notice its already been a year! https://my350z.com/forum/forced-indu...group-buy.html

Was your G featured in a Mag recently? I don't rem which publication it was but there aren't that many 700 go Orange G's around. Gorgeous car!

Got a link to the car sale thread?

Yes it was featured in DSport, they screwed me over in the sense that it was suppose to be the cover car, they said it would be and to my surprise when the magazine was released they put a red 350z on the cover which I feel is inferior in many ways.

Haven't posted a for sale thread, contact me privately if interested. I am going to sell it for a VERY reasonable price.

Are you still around GTM? I thought I saw you on another forum recently with your old S:N George@GTM? I agree your car IMO was superior to the Z.

Sam and I are still cool, but I don't represent the company anymore, they have another guy now I don't use the George@GTM handle on any of the sites anymore.

Yea I feel like I really got screwed over on this one, 4 years of work, build that cost deep into 6 figures, for a BS feature

I wish I was in the market but dropped "The wad" on my recently complete build. Noticed your Evo is for sale as well. Got specific plans for a future vehicle?

GLWS!

Sold the EVO already, I started a Real Estate Investment company so I am focusing all my liquid resources on my business.

Too bad I didn't post the car for sale before you built your car!

Its a bummer you didn't make the cover, but personally, I feel like if you're building a car just to get media attention, your efforts might be a little misguided. If you're paying out of your own pocket for work to be done on your car (which 99% of us are) then it really needs to be about personal enjoyment.

just my $.02

It was never for media attention, of course the car was built for personal enjoyment but who doesn't want a cover car? Anyhow the main point was that they promised something, lied to me, and did another.

On a side note, hows the car running?

Yes sir! I have been out of the loop for a while, maybe I will need to be briefed via PM

Also, what where the final dyno numbers for your build? Impressive I am sure, 700rwhp is nothing anymore lol.

What numbers did you get out of your stock engine? I recall 550whp @ what boost? Also what boost were you running at the track when it let go. it has been awhile since I have looked at that thread, it inspired me to push my stock engine past what most consider the limits

550 at 14.5 PSI I believe, that is the same boost I was running at willow springs
