Damn, that's pretty far from where I live.

Chicago's an intriguing city with so many different cultures. I am kept busy with grad school work, though, so I haven't had much time to explore and get to know it better.

I planned on trying to get close this year but being laid off in february and still being out of work has killed that idea. Gotta live, and I don't think my GF would appreciate living out of our cars, even if it were a low 11 second car (with what I plan on doing to this car, 10s might be tough. But I bet I can get damned close. I don't plan on ever building a VQ. I've got a new car/engine idea that has taken over my brain in the last year and a half or so.) I want to turbo my max again, have a little fun with it for a season and see what I can do at the track, and then move on to something that has the drive wheels in the right place.

Great run CONGRATS. I love that you have kept it simple and crazy quiet so what does the car weigh?

Yup, nothing fancy about the UTEC, but it's easy to tune with and it does the job.

About 3250lbs IIRC.

Thought about weight reduction for every 100lbs it's a 1/10th of a second off the 1/4 mile, just a thought.

I know, but I'm not interested in a stripped out drag car. My car is full weight, full interior with A/C, heated seats, nav, etc. It's going to stay that way.

Respect mate.

This made my day.
My cars exit speed is exactly the same but I am a second slower.
This shows sub 11's is posible with mid 500whp.
No need for more power here, I'll be focusing on my skills

Key to this pass was the 60ft. That is a great 60 ft time. Every tenth in your 60 ft is worth at least twice that in your et.

That's a very good time and not a big list of mods at all.

Fail. 60 ft is the time it takes you to hit that 60 ft mark from the moment you trip the timer, not 0-60 time.
