My bank opened an investigation. They say it takes on average 60 days, so hopefully will have everything resolved before then.

Glad you decided to call them and complain. You should not have any problems getting your bank to reverse the transaction.

I've gotten a lot of stuff from Intense in the past and Darren has always taken good care of me. Sorry to hear about your problems. Nonetheless, I would have definietly charged back your CC. That's what it's there for. Ask a few of the vendors here.

Good luck OP...

**UPDATE**

I have been in contact with Pete from Intense throughout the day today. We have come to an amicable resolution and I will be returning the kit for a refund.

Pete took some extra steps to pinpoint the problem and worked to fix it. He offered me some other options to make the situation right. In the end I had already decided to take a different route with boosting the Z and just wanted to return what parts of the kit that I had.

I would like it known that I do not beleive that Intense intended any malice towards me during this whole ordeal. I do beleive that better communication would have fixed this situation sooner.

Thank you everyone for the support!

I got pointed to the thread today....as you guys know I don't log here much these days.
Anyways glad the op got situation resolved and explained no malice was intended here which was not the case....either way it could have been better handled and glad to hear Pete is is back after his last medical scare.

Either way..zmedic is an idiot for his trolling trying to bait me for his half *** call out..i don't have to log much here to remember his nuthugging bashing for no other reason that now just being friends with another single turbo manufacturer . No problems with bp.

I guess being gone a bit and things get a bit not so accurate...if i remember there was one thread of one guy trying 500 who on pump which he achieved but not on DS dyno...but 650whp on race with gt35r and 700whp on gt37r... New turbo options are making a difference this days...not sizing or design piping. For singles ...that said greddy is one (still) fav tt kits

Thumbs up

Glad everything was resolved for the OP.

I’ve dealt with Intense several times and I’ve got nothing but good things to say about them and the PowerLab kit too.
