Nice guys finish last.
When it comes to waiting for parts from a vendor ask for delivery time.If
they give you date a month or two down the road leave a 50% deposit.
If they exceed the expected due date be prepared to cancel order due to
overdue delivery date.Use credit cards or paypal.Nice guys don't get their
order any sooner. But a nasty, angry, upset customer who speaks up does.
Be prepared to use the forum to express your thoughts and opinion.I know
I pay attention to how the vendor will react.Good vendors will try to resolve
the problem.Bad vendors will have many excuses and will usually use the
if I don't talk to him maybe he will go away tactic .Remember if no one speaks out against unfair vendors we wont know who not to deal with!!!

I ordered a few little things from Intense a few years back. 1 was back-ordered, and they called me the same day to tell me. The other parts arrived without issue. My experience has always been positive, but I do find it disconcerting that more than a few threads, here and on driver, seem to echo the same sentiments expressed by the OP. I do hope this can come to an amicable ending without any further distress. OP, if you don't here anything in short order I would charge back the cc.....just my .02.

just charge the card back and wipe your hands of it. GReddy > Powerlabs IMO based upon capped power output. The kit is nice for 400ish whpr, but if you want wild (and you will), this kit if not for you.

Before posting this thread I did a search and saw the thread where the OP waited a year to get his money back for an s2k bumper he ordered. His experience is eerily similar to mine with respect to the customer service.

The mods can answer this better then I can, but from what they told me they don't want to get involved in sales disputes. They are here to facilitate communication.

I know..... it's just like I've read this thread before....... Ohh wait thats right, I wrote one just like it a couple months ago
you know the one where intense took my money and then lolly gaged and took their sweet time getting me the product all the while having horrible customer service that was down right rude.
the thread where every other person who posted, had a story about how they got screwed by intense, treated rudely, or finally ended up cancelling their order.
And then of course intense came on here and claimed that I was irrate and irrational, and claimed that their customers service people were "nothing but helpful"
jeeze, it's all coming back to me now.
sure every shop makes mistakes, and are bound to have customers that are difficult to please, but how come this shop keeps coming up again and again.
rather than have this thread removed or even closed, the moderators should sticky it for all the world to see. then they just may start caring about their customers satisfaction rather than just taking their money.
