LOL @ the typical (and pathetically predictable) troll & bait comments from the usual suspects





The OP had a legitimate beef... and kudos to him for being a class act about it. (unlike some past customers)

I'll be the first to admit that the communication at Intense hasn't been what it used to be back in the glory days. The shop and members of the Intense family have experienced A LOT of adversity over the past year. Not many outside of the inner circle and local scene, especially the my350z forum community, are aware of most of what has happened over the last several months. For example, Darren and Pete both just returned to work after being out for weeks with personal illness. Thank goodness Pete's surgery was a success. I was worried that he might lose his eyesight permanently. I'm sure everyone at Intense is counting their blessings this holiday season and looking forward to putting this year behind them.
