Default AFR at idle question

I dont know if this belongs in the FI section, but since im FI i figured id throw a help me flag in the air and see what comes up. The situation goes as follows:
Its been raining so bad here in california, i think water came into my system via the front mount of my vortech SC. anyways, right now my car is running pig rich at AFR 10 even during idle. I had the plugs replaced, dried the MAF , and now all i have to do is let the car idle for about 30 minutes roughly. But is it safe for the car to idle at AFR 10 even during idle for that long?

the car turns, it runs, for a little while but im afraid id do alot more harm than good by trying to move it right now, so the car is sitting in my lot.

the question brings up, what to do next.
i let the car idle today around 20 minutes which at the time was spitting white smoke out of the exhaust (white greyish). I saw some fluid on the exhaust and did a quick swipe to see if it was raw fuel but it wasnt, well at least it didnt smell like it.
the whole time my car was on and spitting the smoke the AFR didnt raise at all. im running out of options to do , so i wanted to know if anyone had any leads? i dried off the MAF (PMAF to be exact) and now its a question of letting the car run for 30 minutes or more which i will do after work when everyone is gone from the lot.

please any advise would greatly be appreciated.

im tuned on osiris if that helps any.

and like i said it will idle without cutting off, but the minute i try to move it past 2000 rpm , it bogs down BAD

Not enough Info...........

So how was the car running before the rain?

How did you dry off the MAF?

You can Clean the MAF with an Electric Spray Cleaner. They can get oil build up from the air filter, if to much oil is applied. And they can get dirty.....

car was running very optimal before the rain
, as far as drying off i took the sensor off and brought it into my office out of the wet environment, im buying some electric cleaner tonight to i can spray on, but i mean visually there wasn't any build up and it looked bone dry once it sat in my office for about 8 hours...
