there seems to be some confusion.

the controller is what takes the signal from the sensors and turns it into a 0-5V output.

Every wideband controller outputs 0-5V. So you can take any 2 wideband sensor/ controller combos (say like 1 AEM and 1 Innovative) and display their AFR on this gauge. You just need to input the appropriate scale into the VEI gauge.

I said sub 200$ would be nice because every dual band options is ~400$ (basically doubling the single price, no discount for 2.)

O ok cool! SO like since I run a Innovative O2 WB sensor with a dynotune gauge currently if I just bought another innovative then I could wire them both into this Gauge and monitor both banks?

Seems like something i may have to look into doing

I'm currently running two Innovate XD16's in a ATi Steering Column Pod. Looking to make some room for a boost guage though so I might look into this.

How deep is it though? ATi pod can't accept mechanical guages cause of depth issues.

With the AEM, isn't the controller built into the gauge? I don't recall installing a 'controller' and I also recall it having a 0-5V output right on the back of the gauge. By the way, my AEM sucks... reads 11.8 while the dyno reads <10 LOL

is the dyno sensor reading from the exact same spot? My AEM was pretty close the dyno sensor when mounted in the same spot.. But ya the controller is built into the gauge. AEM does sell a wideband that uses an line controller meant for those who use a separate gauge or who dont need a gauge. THat would be a good add on with this VEI Systems dual gauge.

Bumping back to see if anyone has tried changing the LED in these in order to change the colour on the screen???

About to buy a couple of these if the above is possible.

Great write up OP!! I was wondering about the quality of these and I'm happy to hear they sound good

got a blackfriday sale email from VEI 20% off https://www.vgauges.com

code: TURKEY12

"Oops! We apparently had a bit of a hiccup this morning with our Black-Friday sale kick-off, so we're stretching it until end of day Saturday (midnight PST). Up to an *additional* 20% off most items (does not apply to Innovate, or VEI senders). Use coupon code "TURKEY12" at checkout.

Also please note that VEI Systems has also recently added several new gauges, especially dual-gauge combinations which we have not yet been able to add to our website. If you don't see it here, ask and we'll get it for you.

Happy Holidays!"
