Idk. the reason I'm asking is because I'm looking into building a custom single kit,
Im basing alot of the design off the other turbo kits on the market.
I remember reading that the turbonetics kit overheated alot. Although I don't recall if that was due to a smaller intercooler size or not. I know turbonectics uses spearco intercoolers. Which have a decent rep. But they don't make anything close to the size of the powerlab one. So I wanna who manufactured there's so I can look into them to see if they have any air to liquid of the same dimensions

When I was looking at doing a custom turbo system a couple of years ago, I looked at Bell Intercoolers. I actually spoke with someone there and he seemed to know intercoolers inside and out. Their pricing seemed reasonable, quite a bit less expensive than the Greddy I/C if I recall. Also, the intercoolers are Bar and Plate type cores, which are supposed to be more efficient than Tube and Fin intercoolers. Moreover, you can pretty much specify exactly what you need.

I talked to them recently as well, and for a vertical flow FMIC (24x10x3.5 core) with 3" same side inlet/outlet, they quoted me $1000.
