AND

yes thats the pulley...i dont remember now cause its been so long on the size of the belt...i know i bought a gates belt at my local napa and that it was a half an inch smaller than the stock 3.33 gates belt....im sure a search will bring up belt sizes for the older belt layout and the new vortech belt layout..u have the new layout with the shorter belt routing...

I found this thread. I think this is the belt w/ the belt set up. Agree?

79.5" 600795

The only thing is not sure where I can find this belt..

FYI, even though the part number ends in 795, the gates K060795 is actually 80-1/8" long. My advice to you is to get 3 belts in approximately the right size, then return the two that don't fit. Napa is good about accepting returns on belts.

Dunno if you are planning to use the GTM tensioner pulley, but I am able to use the stock vortech belt (Gates K060795) with my 3.12" pulley and GTM tensioner pulley.

maz i beleive ur not running the gtm tensioner correct? if not i would go to ur loca napa and get the belt with the last digits 790 which is half an inch smaller than the 795 ...i really think thats what i used..just loosen the tensioner all the way and squeeze it on...i never had a problem with belt slip ever

that's correct, not running the gtm tensioner. my current belt is 795, so i'll get the 790 as you mentioned.
btw, when exchanging the pulley, did you have to take out the blower? seems like there's not space for the pulley to come off without taking the blower out

you can remove the serpentine pulley by partially removing the 4 jackshaft bolts. that will allow you to slide the jackshaft back far enough so that the serpentine pulley will clear the blower.
