Default Help!!! Powerlab install

I recently bought a powerlab turbo kit for my Z and have run into a few snags. the instructions that came with the kit arnt very well detailed at all for a DIY.
as for the routing of the lines on the turbo i know the one with flange is the drain but as for the others i cant seem to tell the difference between coolant or oil feed. here's a pic of the turbo in the car and also the lines that run from the turbo but i have no idea where they route to. any help would be great

Your oil feed will always be 180deg away from your oil drain. The other two (side to side) lines will be water cooling.

Oil feed will have to come from you oil pressure sensor location via "T" fitting/adapter.

its cool BP.... really its just cordial for vendors to stay of each others threads, kind of used to be an "unsaid" protocol back in the days...i would not take things too far on the sensitivity scale taking it too personal, just put yourself in the other side of the "coin" with someone unkown and competitor., things could have been said better in that other thread though, oh well...hope things are going well, regards

Default oil pan spacer

that little piece laying inside the spacer is the spacer for the "oil pick up" tube.
you add an inch of depth to the oil pan , then you must in kind add an inch ot the pickup....

In this pic , from left to right.

Water line
Water line
PCV Line
Oil drain Line
Pan spacer
Pickup spacer.

also question on the coolant container that comes with the kit, the little tank has 3 ports on it where as the factory one had 2 ports, what is the extra port for? is there a hose or something that needs to be run to it? finally do the coolant lines that come with the kit go replace the throttle body warmer hoses that run through the throttle body and instead run to the turbo? this is all i really need to know to finish the install, please any help would be good

Ok first start up on the car and about 30 seconds on idle, i start seeing an oil leak on the floor. it turns out the "tee" that splits oil to the sensor and turbo was leaking on both the connector going into the oil pan and the oil feed line itself it leaking behind the fitting that screw's on to the "tee". no other leaks anywhere just there. is there something i might of done wrong when putting on the line? also where can i get a replacement

Is it craked or leaking at the threads?

Go to autozone and get a little white tube of liquid thread sealer for the threads on the T splitter. Just tighting doesn't make a seal so you need that on the threading. Do not use teflon tape that stuff will leak eventually.

Liquid thread sealer, or I used teflon tape and it worked wonders for me. Just have a slight bit of oil resedue at the oil pan tap where I had to back out the screw about a 1/4 turn. Been solid for a little over 7 months now.

So long as they are tapered threads, snugging them up with either the liquid sealer or teflon tape, then giving them about 1/2 turn more should be what you need.

Don't overtighten you can easily strip those threads or crack the aluminium, just use some tape and you will be fine

Don't use the tape use the liquid. Tape will always end up leaking.
