Default deatschwerks injectors o-rings reuseable?

I installed my deatschwerks injectors over a year ago with new o-rings. I will be pulling the injectors out of the motor to inspect them. Will I be able to reinstall them with the same o-rings or must I replace them with new ones?

i have reused mine just fine. just lube them up before you slide the injector back into the rail. if you dont have the lube the injectors came with; i have used wd40 with perfect success.

wd40 is a water displacement, definitely not a lubricant.

Get assembly grease with molybdenum. You can get it in small tubes or a huge tube. It's engine safe so if it gets into the combustion chamber no big deal.

I use that on all my assembly which includes orings. Inspect them for any cuts or issues and they should be able to be reused without any problems.

well the idea is to slide the injector into the rail without damaging the oring. works great.

I would do a visual on the orings to make sure they are still supple () and intact. If so, you should be fine reusing them.

We do have oring kits available for a little extra insurance, though. $21 for a full set of ring and seals.
