Powerlab Z Resurrected - 403whp 355wtrq
Hey All,
My car was suffering after driving around in a stanced turbo Z for two years so it was time for maintenance and upgrades. Original build thread
here .
UpRev recently picked up a fabricator so I had all the work done in house.
Braided lines
Oil Cooler Install
Relocated the wastegate
Fabricated Crossover pipe
Fabricated Exhaust
Fabricated Downpipe
Removed UTEC and went with Osiris
HKS EVC-S boost controller
Turbo Blanket & Thermal Wrap
Final numbers were:
Map 1: 403whp/355wtrq @ 7psi
Map 2: 364whp/329wtrq @ 6psi

That is a nice improvement from map 1 to 2 almost 40hp with 1lbs of boost. Map 1 does not seem that aggressive is map 2 just ultra conservative?

I guess this was your car on their facebook with the oil cooler? Looks like they cleaned up your setup nicely.

Nice bump in power. That cross over pipe looks like a better quality piece too.

Nice numbers on those pressures and good call on the relocated wastegate... biggest issue I have with that kit, did you notice a difference in your boost curve?
