500whp?...Not as much of a longshot as you think...

with a T-trim

https://my350z.com/forum/forced-indu...ake-power.html

with a 928 Impeller

https://my350z.com/forum/forced-indu...g-results.html

And I also recommend getting the new DW 340 LPH fuel pump or Aeromotive 340 fuel pump...Superchargers are thirstier than turbo cars for the same horsepower; I swapped to an Aeromotive pump because of fuel issues...

Do you have to modify the 340 lph pump in the same manner as the Walbro 255?

Yup...and to add, if you happen to get the Aeromotive pump you will need to switch the polarity of the wires...

^^ I have an aeromotive 340 im trying to install rite now. My 340 is about a 1/4" longer than the stock pump and the clip that holds the pump in wont clip because of it being longer. Did you have the same problem?

you have to trim the insides of that mounting cap for the longer motor.

what did you say you are running for ems? Cams and head work is going to be th least beneficial for the amount of money. Definitely not needed for 500hp.

Headers will help if you have a good flowing exhaust after it. Also using meth will help getting the higher hp as well as require your fuel pump to work less so it's a win-win with it.

Ok thanks binder. I was thinking about trying that or just grinding the little plastic tabs off the top of the pump.

GLWthebuild... glad Im not stuck doing my own.. would be a blast to have the space, tools and know how...and patience..... but im NOT sorely missing the expiremental frustration thrown tantrums, bloody knuckles nightmare of impending domestic violence and night in jail event that would surely be me trying to install FI on my own car.
