Supercharger Help
HI All im looking ta buying a 350z and a supercharger kit the kit i have been offered works on pre 06 cars its the HKS kit
From my limited understanding this takes its rotations from the Fan Pulley.
On the post 06 cars the belt layout has changed and the fan pulley is not on the car. is this just a pulley thats not installed and can be added to allow a HKS kit to be bolted to a post 07 car or is it not this simple...
Sorry all my knowledge on SC and turbo cars has been built up on the IS200/altezza but I’m jumping ship for a better car

1. No. DE vs HR motor... will not work; totally different intake setup.
2. Superchargers are driven by the crankshaft.
Do searching on here about all the woes of bolting on FI to stock motors and you may think twice, and I can guarantee you it will cost 10x what you think it will cost.
