My Greddy TT build with built motor is complete!!!
You can view the original build in:

Well after more countless hours and months of hard work, the z is re-born again! My fiance and I decided it was time for more power as 412rwhp was not enough. We set out with a goal of around 550rwhp this time but want to keep everything reliable.
We pulled the motor once again and started the dissembly. We decided to go with Forged Performance to do the machine work as assembly of the short block. The motor was shipped off to receive the new goodies (Arias ED pistons, Eagle Rods, ACL bearings). After receiving it back, we did the re-assembly of the head and added BC Stage II cams, JWT Oil Pan Spacer, and aftermarket pulleys to name a few items
.
The turbo’s received a rebuild with the kits purchased from http://gpopshop.com/. It was very straightforward to do and the turbos no longer blow smoke and they spool much quicker. We did away with the greddy intakes and replaced them with a set of K&N style intakes. The tubes had to be shortened but I feel much better now that we got rid of those worthless greddy intakes. It sounds much better during spool-up as well.

She started up first turn of the key and ran beautifully. We used the 412rwp tune (staying out of boost) to try and put some miles on the engine and she drove smooth with no issues except for the occasional stalling when coming to a stop. After 500 miles, we drove the car to West Palm Beach for tuning at Japtrix.
John at Japtrix did the tuning and he did a great job. The car runs very smooth and is at the power level we aimed for (516 whp & 479 Ft-Lb Torque at 13 lbs). Videos of the dyno will be coming soon. We are limited with the walbro fuel pump and plan on upgrading to the CJM twin or the 300+ LPH DeatschWerks fuel pump.
The oil was recently changed over the weekend at 1,000 miles. The car is still running strong and we are anxious to take it to the track and see if we can put down an 11-second time. It is impossible to get traction with full throttle in first or second gear but it seems to hook in third depending on the pavement. The next modification will drag slicks/rims that will clear my brembos. I am currently looking at a set of slicks with 17” rims if anyone has a set for sale to fit the z?
Enjoy the pics below:

Looks pretty good, I like that blue! I would think the CJM twin pumps would be over kill with only having the DW 600cc injectors though
Tell your fiance she doesn't have to wear gloves but put on some CLOSED TOED SHOES! lol

We appreciate all of the kind feedback. It has been a very fun build but it has had its frustrations along the way. It is a hobby that both of us share. We are getting ready to finish building a 92 240sx hatch w/SR20det, SC61 turbo, and many other goodies.

You can see progress of the build on:

I agree on the CJM pump. The fuel pump will not be upgraded without adding larger injectors.
In regards to the pic of the finger and the feet, that was Nathan so I think you meant "he" lol...
These filters were actually purchased off Ebay. I can't remember the seller's name but they are not brand name filters. They do the job well, look good, and fit just how I wanted them to.
Yeah the guys at Japtrix are great. They are fun to work with and really know their stuff.
That setup is prob exactly what we will end up going with. I appreciate the suggestion.
PM sent.

I'm going to throw this out there because it's an option: meth injection
Meth would give you about 20% more fuel and added octane so you could really get those numbers up good if you didn't want to worry about upgrading injectors or fuel pump.
Personally i'm not a fan of adding a meth injection but i do believe it's a great way to increase power on a tapped out fuel system with minimal cost.
I think the 340 pump and 800cc injectors sounds like a great upgrade also. If you are planning on stopping at 550 i think the twin pump would be over kill for that amount. I love my twin pump but i'm using it for e85.
