Alot of folks here with certain EMS (even a tuned stock ECU) have this problem past a certain HP. You're probably the first to use this EMS on a VQ (in public at least) so who knows if you have this same issue. Narrower gap and/or ignition booster should help.

Yes missfires can be caused by cylinder pressure. this one is caused by useing a vq35de flywheel on the hr with differnt trigger points causeing ecu to lose where it is. one of things u think u can get away

hope to make a new one this week put it back on the dyno and see how much it makes

Hi the engine has done a seasons racing we had a broken l19 head stud what caused a blown head gasket on the dyno ,fixed that and it made around 800hp at 17psi on our engine dyno.

The only problem we have had is it likes to eat gearboxs ,it has a qualife g69 6 speed box behind it now hopefully it wont eat that, and while it was out we pulled the engine to check bearings etc and they where like brand new.
The engine is going back on the dyno in the next few weeks i have some 2000cc injecters to set up .
