Default In need of a new Clutch/Flywheel set-up

OK guys
03 APS TT daily driven Z - 480whp
CD009 Tranny with normal issues (think my 2nd syncro is crapping out) (notchy shifts)

Anyway I have tried two different clutch set-up
Competition Clutch and Z1

I am not saying these are not good set-ups but I think my Weekend Warrior driving style isnt as extreme for these set-ups to be ideal

I personally think the lightweight flywheel has caused me more issues with quick shifts (it seems I have to wait for the RPMS to drop before being able shift into the next gear).

Anyway my vlsd is dead and I am going for an Quaife but I also wish to replace my clutch/flywheel set-up but im looking for a cheaper solution also.
So far my limited research on the forum has me to wanting a JWT set-up

Any recommended single disc, full face set-ups, cheap solutions?

JWT and RPS are both good streetable clutches that can hold some power as well. If you want it and the LSD installed give us a call or send me a message. We are also able to source the final drive gears and replacement transmission if you like and do it all at once.

+1 on the RPS clutch... my friend has been on one for ~15k with just over 500whp and still holding strong... Definitely a great bang for the buck IMO...

RPS gets my vote. I have a billet twin, but even their single disk are worth the money.

We use a lot of them in the Supra world and they are one of the biggest sellers.

Great feedback about the RPS clutch
Any feedback on their flywheels? and the rebuild kits? or unnecessary noise outside our tranny normal noise

I have a question about our transmissions and short shifters?
I've heard that installing a short shifter might actually cause more problems than help with quick shifts, any comments?

Flywheels are great as well. I haven't heard any new noises really with mine. Our trans is loud already without the extra help.

I have a C's shifter as well, with no problems. I'll report back later once I am making bigger numbers and try to shift with the power.
