Thicker head gasket is an easy way to lower compression.

Come on guys.

www.sgpracing.com Check them out. Forged internals, 8.5:1 comp. I would say that is low. Low enough to run 18 psi if you reinforce your block. If they have those pistons shaved to 7.5 then whats the problem?

Man, I love it. Finally someone has the ***** to see what this engine can do. Hopefully hate is not spread his way. He lowered the compression and has new rods. I wish him the BEST of luck with this project, as he should see a lot of power.

potato, I see no problem. Man, hope this works for him. Now I just want to see someone run just new rods with higher boost levels. Bet they will be happy.

Thumbs up can you say KABOOM!

I guess we will see shortly how much abuse the block and crank can take! You nuts from ATL got my vote! When/if it pops please make sure the data logger is running. I think you could sell enough copies of the log to replace whatever you break!

Good Luck!
