do you guys think that i need to upgrade the downpipes ?
also need to order a BOV since its not included in the tuner kit...any recommendations ?

you shouldn't need to upgrade the downpipes. The 20g kits have 3 inch pipes. I got the HKS BOV, but i guess the type you get will depend on what sound you want to have. I know people like tial and synapse as well.
