Default Plugs for ATI

Guys,

Where are you buying your NGK 3672 spark plugs, the one's that ATI recommends in their manual. I went to 2 local shops today and no one had them in stock and they all looked at me like I was an idiot. I went to Autozone and Pepboys, the guy at PepBoys was like, I can't cross reference them and can't order them, but they were in the book, weird. Any ideas?

Thanks
Bill

The ones that ATI recommends are LFR6A-11.

You're probably going to have to go to a Yamaha boat dealer. It's the same plug that is used in a 150HP 4 stroke outboard motor.

The 3672 is the stock #, same as the LFR6A-11. So a boating store, crap, didn't even realize that. I'll check it out tomorrow. Thanks man.

Make sure that they sell Yamaha boats there because they're the only ones I know for sure that uses that plug.

There is a vendor in Cali that has a quantity of these on hand and will mail them to you w/ CC purchase.

I had the same problem and bought 2 set just to be ahead of the next tune-up.

The problem is I need them tomorrow, not next week. I can order them online too but I can't wait till next week for them, so was wondering if there was a automotive store that sold those exact ones being that I'm not winning with my searches.

I am in Greenville, NC. I had them overnighted. You could have them by Tuesday at 8o AM if needed. Light weight package, doesnt cost that much. Call ATI, they gave me the vendor that I called in Cali. The vendor is not an import type vendor they deal with Vettes and dom iron mostly. They have boxes of these plugs on hand. I've got an extra set here in Greenville if you really need them now! e me - swinke@earthlink.net

Anything less than $5/$6 each is considered a good bargain.

Happy New Year

I ended up getting them from a local store here in my town, they supply stuff for race cars etc.. Ended up costing me 5$, but went ahead and bought a set of 20 being that I had to buy 1 box (set of 10) at minimum. So now I have extra's just in case

daking, I didn't diss you my PM's were messed up and wasn't getting notifications, but I sold those headers anyway.
