Will this gorgeous design ever be retro-fitted for the HR 350?

I had a look at some pictures of the 350z HR, and I don't see any reasons for this not to work on there.

too bad you cant just easily wire teh pump into the fuel pump harness.

that stays on for 1.5s after the car is turned off. more than enough time to clear the times without a check valve. I just use a turbo timer on mine, but my sump is a ~quart, so its all overkill

With the check valve I use at the turbo inlet, there is no need for anything. I just didn't install it to start with on this kit.

Now that it is in there, it works great. Not even the slightest hint of burnt oil.

The reservoir (in my case) only has to hold the oil that is inside the turbo, and that really is a small amount.

1 Day 20 Hours
2409 Miles...

If Sasha leaves right now he could make it in time for ZDAYZ.

Wish I could. My back has been bothering me for a couple of weeks now. I can't even get in the Z now, let alone drive it for two days straight.

Getting old over here.

Sasha, if it can withstand the abuse It had during the last week.. I am fairly certain it can withstand just about anything.

Drag Racing, High Speed Runs, Mountain pass driving, all without reprieve. As much as I wanted more power, the car is so responsive with the current setup I doubt I am going to switch.

Good to hear Don, I am glad it is performing in all aspects of driving...as it was intended.

For a timeattack / mountain pass car the 6262 .81ar makes such predictable and linear power its almost a shame to upgrade.

Ive got a couple HPDE scheduled this spring and summer Ill report back when I know more. It is time though to upgrade radiators and make a more sold intake mount. I also need to quiet this thing down open dumps are just deafening.

A bit of an update on this build...the jigs are now complete. Six kits are going to be built in the next couple of months, I have deposits on three of the 6 kits, with another on the fence.

Jigs...the first one was a lot of fun:
