Thanks, yeah its a daily driver for now.
The 06s have the rev-up motors though. if i put this same build on a rev-up motor i would be around ~460whp. im thinking it will make like 400-420whp.
and yeah i didnt notice that, i will have to take a look at that when i go down to the shop tomorrow. progress picturess will be up tomorrow as well.

Nice man! i have the borla on there now but i hate it. It doesnt flow with the rest of my car. I think it looks and sounds too stock for my taste. But for performance borla is an A+ no doubt. I went with the Ark Grip exhaust. I love that it has an X-pipe in it. and yeah 379whp on forged's dyno is pretty nice. I should be able to hit 400 no problem. Two great shops we have building our cars. What boost level are you running at? even though i have a slightly smaller pulley.

Damn! Thats it! I thought for sure it would be higher. I have those same gauges. I was taking to frank hill today and told him about your car. he said that fordge's dyno reads exactly 11% lower then his dyno. So i did the math and 379 came out to be 420whp on his dyno. I got kinda scared that your boost pressure would be over or around 10psi. your car is pretty impressive. So now im thinking i will be in the 430whp to 440whp range based on my build list. I have a slightly bigger pulley which will make ~9psi compared to your 8psi. frank just wants to keep it under 10psi. also i notice that you dont have a fuel return system or an Uprev GT MAF. Guess you dont need them. I just got them to be safe. Also what kind of gas were you tuned on? im guessing 93oct due to the region your car was built at.

Using premium pump unleaded at 93 octane as you thought.
I am thinking as I get to drive it more with the new installation I may get upi to about 9 psi boost when I really let it wind out but like you I'm happy to stay in that 8 or 9 range as I don't want to have to rebuild the block any time soon.
I knew the Forged dyno has a rep as "the heartbreaker" but did not guess it was conservative to the point of about 11%.
I alway thought if I ended up at 380 to 390 I would be happy so I have no complaints even with the more conservative number.
Let me know how your dyno run comes out.
By the way - -I like that ARK exhaust you installed.

You're right - no fuel return although I've thought about adding it later.

Yeah your 380 is 420 to me since we are on different dynos so you made really good numbers. I dont necessary care what power it makes as long as i stay under ten pounds of boost. if you make more power on less boost it just means that you have a build that your build is more efficient.
yeah i had the borla exhaust and hated everything about it. it was too stock for me. it look and sounded too stock for my taste. the look of it wasnt as aggressive as the rest of my car. i have not even heard my car yet since the install. question for you, can you hear the by-pass valve when your driving it?
And numbers will be up as soon as the car gets off the dyno. should be sometime later this week.

The reason why im doing the fuel return system now is because it will save time and money in the future if i ever decide i want more power. when you add a fuel return system the fuel maps need to be completely changed so it will save money in tuning time.

I do hear the by-pass valve when I back off the throttle.

Saw it today actually frank had did a ton of work and is waiting on your custom pulley all in all looks good.
He was saying it should do well on the dyno frank always humble about his and frank the tuners work though.
Mine is a silver track edition with full V3 nismo factory kit on it , WP PRO BBK , full motordyne exhaust.
Had to hop on his deal no one offers that ever... im scheduled as soon as you leave lol .... hurry the hell up.

yeah man im hoping for 430-440whp. yeah he is a very cool guy, excellent work. he is a perfectionist, if the car isnt done to the quality that he would do on his own car he wont let them leave the shop until they are.
ill have to take a look at your car tomorrow then.
yeah man, i contacted him about it and he told me that someone already put a deposite on it. and man trust me i want my car back as much as you want my car to leave. haha
