Default HELP OMG fuel spraying everywhere

I just returned my car back to stock after running a vortech kit with 550cc injectors. I drove the car fine yesterday without issues. Today I was pulling out from my driveway and the car stalled out when I put it in first gear. I turned it back on and it was sounding bad. I pulled back into the drive way, popped the hood and saw fuel spraying everywhere from the injectors. I sucured them tight when I reinstalled them so why would this happen? I left the walbro 255 pump in the car.

Possible the o-rings are bad on the stock injectors or you improperly installed them.
