That sucks that things didn't work out the first time around. I'm sure you'll have a lot more fun now.

I'm curious to see what that 6266 will do on a built engine. You will be the first with sasha's kit and 6266 on a built block. Even though you are only doing pump gas it should still be amazing results. I say you could be easily upper 500 on 93 octane with that turbo.
binder, my despair quickly subsided when the decision was made to move forward with the build. All this car has ever seen since I bought it in 03' has been 94 octane fuel. Should be quick, powerful and solid as can be, Thanks to R/T tuning. Can't wait

Sucks is right graffkid732 ...a very expensive mistake on my part going to a tuner that claimed to know what he was doing when in fact I would be unsure if he has ever tuned anything properly in his life. Anger has subsided as i am the only one to blame for not going to R/T in the first place.

Vince is a great tuner and person. He helped me a lot when I was trying to learn osiris. He went above and beyond to help answer my questions. I would trust his tuning 100%

You have a T3 .82 a/r, and he has a .81 T4 a/r. Big difference there if you are trying to get 600whp.

Still significantly smaller than the T4 housing both physically and fow wise. From what I can remember it is much like a T3 housing.

So this is what happens when you get a tuner that thinks they know what they are doing........(Almasi tuning)

Thank to the crew at R/T tuning, this wont be happening again.

wow, it looks like all of those rods have a little bend in them unless it's a funny angle from the camera.

You're super lucky. That could have ended horribly if it wasn't caught in time.

WOW that's crazy it stayed together.

In for results, I've been eye balling those R/T custom spec pistons waiting for someone to post up a dyno.

Vince and the crew are great there.

One suggestion, DON'T do the fan temp update on fans unless he can give you a darn good reason. Damn car runs the fans all the time at a stop after that software update

Mine does the same thing. It's not going to affect your coolant temps much, BUT it fights off heatsoak and keeps my A/C cold on hot days. Turbos add ALOT of ambient heat under the hood and it's more than just keeping coolant temps down.

Default Final numbers

After a long Friday, flying back out to PA and spending the day with Vince and the top notch crew at http://rttuning.com/ I am happier than a pig in S***.

Attached is the final numbers off the dynojet dyno at R/T tuning.
555.25whp / 525.06tq @15psi
609.92whp / 581.13tq @19psi

I could not be happier with the results and how the car feels, drives like a dream, either if you are on it or just cruising. Vince @ R/T would have liked to have had a little more time to play around on the dyno, since this is still on the conservative side of what adjustments were still available as far as duty cycle and to really max out the potential of the build. That being said, This thing is a monster and has plenty of all that is needed for my application.

EVERYTHING IN BOLD WAS ADDED TO THE CAR AT R/T TUNING.

The GOODS

Precision BILLET CEA T4, 6266E .81 a/r JB turbo,
