I recently bought the Vortech V3 Complete kits Non-Revup, haven't install yet.
I was wonder if it ok to put on the 3.12 pully right at the first time or if I need different injector?
Can the SS box handle 750cc injector?
I did a lot research but mostly the post are about V2 kits.
Thanks =)

Mods
-Headers, Test pipes, HKS full Exhaust, Platinum Spacer.

I have the Largest Injectors (600cc) done with a SS Box so far that I know of.
Without a FRS, it was impossible to Tune in Part Throttle, I installed a CJM Stage and and Tuning became fairly easy.
750cc Injectors are pushing it......with the SplitSecond Box.
SplitSecond Box can work with about Double the size of Stock Injectors, but their are many variables
Why do you need 750cc injectors? 600cc are way more than enough with the 3.12 pulley. I used stock injectors with the 3.12. 440cc injectors would work fine also.
If you just want to install the kit without to many modifications, I'd leave the stock injectors with the Vortech fuel system, but add a Walbro 255 in thank pump. It will work fine. The weak link at this point is the stock Fuel Pump, not the injectors.....
If you list your Goals with the Car here, I and others would be able to give more help.

Thanks for the reply =)
I guess I should go with stock injectors or 600cc to be on the safe side?
The kits come with the Walbro Fuel Pump 68GP, not sure if it the same as 255.
I'm trying to install it without too many modification, that why I pick the complete kits, but I want to be on the safe side also.
My goal is to push around 360whp if possible.
I'm going to be install in my friends shop up in Everett, but if it require further tuning then I need to find a tuner, because I heard the Vortech stock tune is rich, should be able to put the 3.12 to even out.

394whp I will be really really happy! Is that with Vortech tune or dyno tune?
So on the safe side I should get the 600cc and keep the SS box?
Also I heard I will need a different belt?
Really thanks for the help =)

IMO, I'd leave the stock injectors with the 3.12 Pulley, if you go to 600cc you'll need a Fuel Return System FRS.
I like the SS Box, works great for me, and I'm 513WHP/408WTQ on Stock block.
I also do my Own Tuning, the 394whp (DJ) was tuned.
A stock Vortech kit with no modifications and a 3.33 pulley will get you 315-330whp.
Added 15-20whp if going to a 3.12.

Tim has pretty much explained everything about the injectors to you and I agree with him.
I just wanted to clarify to you that v3 and v2 are the exactly the same minus 1 difference. v2 requires oil from the car and drains back into the oil pan. v3 is self contained oiling system. Other than that they are 100% identical.

So with V3 is there no point for me to get a oil pan spacer to add volume then?
Also if I get the 600cc, is FRS require or reconmand? Cheapest FRS I can find is 1k.....

You could go with the CJM stage 0 or the AAM stage 0, both of these can be had for around 400$. I just recently picked up the AAM.
I also ran my 600 DW injectors with out a FRS for a while. Never had a problem.
After looking around on this site, https://my350z.com/forum/engine/5620...turn-bnib.html

There really isn't a reason to add additional capacity. In a turbo situation with high heat being placed into the oil the extra capacity helps keep the oil at a more constant temp but there isn't a great deal of heat put into the oiling system on a supercharger system (in comparison).
For return fuel systems CJM is hands down the best and easily upgradable to the next stage if you decide you want more power. I have some extra parts in the garage so if you want to piece together your own I would get rid of my extra regulator and fuel rail line which is half of the kit.

Where are you guys buying the pulley's from??
I can only really find one place on the internetz and it seems a little sketchy:
http://www.injectedperformance.com/v...for350zg35.htm
Also, do we need a new belt when changing from the stock 3.33" to the 3.12"?

Never had a problem with them......
Plus Best Price I've Found.
Injected Performace has changed Hands, New Owner......
But the Original Guys were Great.

So my planning set up now should be V3 Complete kits, 255 fuel pump, 3.12 pully. (600cc maybe) and tune if I have to.
Is it sound ok?
Already have header, test pipe, exhaust, spacer.

What trim is it? SCi or Si? I think it's assumed that it's the lower SCi trim but that will make a decent difference too.
if it's the upgraded Si trim, with your mods and a good dyno tune you'll be pushing those injectors, and you'll be looking at 375-400whp with the 3.12" pulley as a general guess.

+1
The difference in power output has to do with the 'trim', SCi is base trim, Si is upgraded, and then the T-Trim is the big daddy for that blower.

Crap both supercharger's online and injectedperformance don't seem to ship to Canada.
It was really just a matter of knowing what to sarch for though "2A036-312" is the part # for the 6rib 3.12" pulley. Searching for that turns up tons... I ended up going with these guys:

Also, to answer my own question, this pulley requires a 79.5" belt kit (according to Injected Performance's website) which is Part #V2A046-795. Looking at the parts list for the V3 SC, it comes with that exact belt kit, so seems good to go.
