350z turbo kit
Hey guys,
Am new to this forum but I've owned a 350z for a while now, i am actually looking to boost my 350z and i am currently looking into purchasing a turbokit from Treadstone performance they have the Turbonetics turbo kit revised this kit comes with: new tuning software (Uprev), wastegate dump tube relocation pipe, extra heat wrap for ac lines, and water line kit for the turbo. My question is if this turbo kit would be the right for my vehicle, this car is also my daily driver here are some pics of the kit and thanks.

Well, I certainly would not buy it new. If you are looking to spend that kind of money you could find a quality used turbo kit greddy, powerlab, boosted performance, etc. Or spend a little more and buy a quality kit new. I had one on my car, for about 25k miles before the motor lost compression on one cylinder, it was a blast to drive. But like I said for the $5k it will cost new there are far superior options. If you wanted a turbonetics kit I would buy a used kit for around the $2500 they go for.

So many options available to you, personally never liked the way the TN kit is plumbed. Some have had great success and others total failure... Treadstone seems better with some of the revisions, but do a little bit more hw and read the stickies to see if this is what you really want.
Also, if this is your dd, I would steer you to look at a Vortech v3. Much more user friendly and reliable then a turbo car in the long run, and still and nice power curve. Just another option to consider.
