Default Help! Car won't start after turbo install.

Hello fellow Z owners, so I got my turbo installed and tuned at sound performance in Chicago. So after I got home I was driving around town and I put the car in neutral to make a stop at a sign and the car died. I tried to start it and it cranks but doesn't turn on. I can't hear my fuel pump and also the windows don't go up in the on position. Any ideas? Any help is much appreciated

Yea it was a fuse. 10 amp! I checked about everything but that. Problem now is that it keeps blowing them. Tried a 15 amp and blew that too.

you have a short somewhere. Stop replacing fuses and fix the short.

I don't have a tester though so any ideas of what to check would be amazing.

Installed? Check where any wire could or would have been altered.

I'm gonna wait and call sound performance tomorrow and see what's wired up to that circuit. The only things that don't work when that fuse is blown is the gauges (boost and afr) fuel pump and windows as far as I can tell.

Fuel pump should be on its own 15 AMP fuse.

Should not be related to the windows.

Do not know why the guages would be tapped off the fuel pump power, i could understand the window motor power since that cable should be close to the A pillar.

stop replacing it with a larger fuse as well you will do more harm than good as it could cause the computer to get too hot.

Thanks I realized that, I only did that to get home. For a few blocks. My guess its the gauges but I can't do anything about it till tomorrow when I take it to a shop.

Called sound performance and they told me to check the connections to the gauges. Probably gonna take it to a local shop to check for connections and all tomorrow.

That's what they said to bring it over, problem is they're 3 hours away plus I'd have to get a trailer and take a day off work. I wish I could but I just don't have the time. I'm just gonna have them look at the connections to the gauges and anything running from that fuse, hopefully it's nothing too complicated.
