Really? Does that sound low to anyone else?
At the wheels. 335 rwhp sounds ok for 5psi.

Hey Guys just wanted to chime in and share my experience with Sasha's Boosted Performance kit and Hal @ Dynosty. I installed the kit myself using a lift and help from my cousin. Long story short, drove my car 2.5 hours to Dynosty, they strapped it down, dyno tuned the Haltech, at 10 psi got 417rwhp on the stock block!!!! Car is fun and powerful as hell, I'm loving it.

Highly recommended!! Enough said

Thanks for the info. I still can't decide whether to go ahead or just leave it stock. The slight under-power is the only thing I am not liking with the car but heaps of power will not doubt upset the balance of the whole car.

Were there any issues with VDC/traction control/ABS with the haltech or the extra power? or everything just works like stock?

Didn't read through all the replies so sorry if its been mentioned but, psi or even HP numbers aren't really what matter per say. What really matters are your torque numbers or the peak cylinder pressure. I've studied the HR more so I'm not too sure of the DE limits but I think its probably in the range of 375wtq, atleast to stay safe. (Or as safe as safe can be.) Also, ofcourse a crappy tune and running too lean can blow it too.

Edit: Again, I'm not too sure of the DE limits so that number could be too high.

I get noticably more bearing material in my oil reports at anything at or past 380wtq or so (dynojet). Car runs fine and you wouldn't know it without doing UOA's, but the wear increases exponentially above that number at least in my case on my DE. Below 370wtq I get near stock wear levels.
