Forced induction question
Does anyone on here know where I can get like a do it yourself single turbo install for my 06 g35 6mt? And everything that is needed... I am new to turboing these cars and the whole g35 coupe thing. Here is a list of what I have so far:
660cc injectors
walboro fuel pump
AGP Turbo GT3582r
Turbonetics wastegate
AEM-TRU Boost Controller
Big FMI
Forged rods and pistons
I know I need a lot of **** but I am just looking to get a lil more power out of the car by spring, if someone knows or can help me out that would be greatly appreciated. I really need a list of what else is needed and like a map out of how to install it, and yea i know its gunna be a put together turbo kit, but sry i dont have 7gs laying around to buy a legit turbo kit.

You plan on installing rods/pistons yourself? Why not just buy a bolt-on turbo kit, save yourself a ton of hassle. Should be able to sell all those parts pretty easily since they're not Z-specific.
From what I've seen, the overwhelming majority of people recommend a turn-key kit instead of trying to piece together random parts. If you have a welder/fabricator who could fab you up exhaust piping off of the factory manifolds as well as intercooler piping, I suppose it would be worth it...but it's a lot of work.
Looking in the Private Classifieds might be your best bet. There's always used kits and pieces of used kits there.
If you're going to make power to the extent you need rods and pistons you might should look into bearings and fasteners. People are reporting our bearings are a susceptible part. Head lift has also been reported because of weaker fasteners. You're only as good as your weakest link.
Resmart, a member on here, is developing his own mid mount turbo, sort of an extent you are looking to do. You could message him, he might have useful info for you on piecing things together.

I did have input you clown, I said go read the other thread you've given your infinite wisdom on. I could have been all like" use the search bar newb" like other members do.
S&R Performance in Florida may be able to give you pointers or sell you some pieces from their kit they've just developed and I was given an extremely low quote from National Speed on a couple of momentum kits they are liquidating. You may get a good deal there, ask for Jordan.
I'm out though, I got this kid following me. Not gonna clog up this thread anymore.
