For now, I'd follow the recommended settings that ATI states in the manual, trust me when I say those settings are VERY VERY rich. My scaler is set to around 13 I think, I'll have to double check in the morning. Put the settings that ATI recommends, don't boost above 5k and let me know if you want to setup an appointment at the shop, it's Carolina Auto Masters, the rates are cheap and I can help you out if you need. Let me know.

Is there a Dyno in the R/Durham area?

Swinke, I'm pretty sure ravaz already posted the name of the place in an early post, but here you go:

The name and number are on the dyno sheet

--Steve (who's always looking for an excuse to post that dyno)

What do you think it will cost for tuning and how much time will it take? Where exactly in Durham is the place? My hood is shutting now and I am finishing the EFMU wiring and boost gauge today/tommorrow and would like to get it tuned late next week or week after. Maybe then if I still can't get the hood to shut perfectly I might take a look at yours if possible? After initial turn on and test drive to check out belts, bolts, etc. is it ok for me to try and pull a slight amount of boost to insure that the charger is working?

As long as you have the settings that ATI says to use in the manual, your going to be very rich and you can boost to like 4500-5000 RPM, even tho I know you'll be rich to redline, better be safe then sorry. It shouldn't cost you much at all, I figure 4-5 runs on the dyno to get dialed in, less then an hour. I figure it shouldn't cost much, maybe like 60 bucks? He charges 100$ an hour, unlimited runs in that hours time. You can take a look at my setup any time you want, just let me know. I'm out in Cary BTW. Jeff's shop is located in Durham off of 147, off Fayetteville Street, right near downtown. If you need any help or anything, let me know. I'll be more then happy to help you out.
