In my car smell gas, Do you have any ideas why. I have 350z TT greddy with walbro fuel pump and 600 dw indjendctors sparks lfr6aix-11
I checked all fuel hoses, o-rings and still smells like hell I cant drive longer then one hour. Can this be cracked manifold ? That suggested me my mechanic but boost is ok afr as well? Please give me some new ideas what it can be

Unfortunatley i dont have it, my engin is not slave I set it ar 6 psi and have 423 hp and 511 nm

^ that's my guess too. My car (2005 roadster) stinks of gas when the windows are down. I have a CJ motorsports fuel return and a 255 walboro. Checked everywhere for leaks of any sort and couldn't find any. I'm used to it by now lol I'm one of those ppl that like the smell of gas I guess

 

do you smell the gas in your car all the time ?

 

Only when I got one window down for some reason. When I got both down (or the top) I can't smell it.

 

does it matter which window you have down or can it be any of them.

 

So fuel return will not change anything?
In my case smell more on boost when pressure is high and when windows are open
Can it be related with cracked manifold?

 

you could easily see a cracked manifold, black soot around crack.

you AFR and boost would be off with a cracked manifold as well.

AS others have said, what is your full exhaust and PCV setup? How about your AFR's?

I have:
haltech platinum pro harness with haltech duble wideband and haltech boostcontroler

Yesterday I stopped on the street close to the building with working engine I was waiting for my friend and suddenly guy from first floor of this building asked me to switch of the engine because in his apartment smell gaz. It must be something wrong with my setup it is not normal
