?'s re: BP kit on a G35
For those who installed the BP kit on a G35 I have a few questions:
Do you have a few pics of the cold piping under the sway bar? I'm fairly certain that I will have interference issues when the front suspension is at full bump as the center portion of the sway bar swings down towards the piping.
Also, do you have pics of how you modified the radiator support to route the piping. I'm about to take out a big chunk marked with the red box to try to get things to fit. I'd rather not do this as this would basically disconnect the support from the fender and I'm wondering if someone has a better solution.

Wait for Sasha to respond before taking any big chunks out of anywhere!! On most kits the charge piping goes where you have your intake piping. Not sure about the BP so cannot help you but don't do anything irreversible till u get up with BP!
Asked him about the sway bar almost a week ago and never really got an answer other than no one else has had an issue with it. Not sure he's actually installed the kit on a G35 himself but I know others have made the kit work and was hoping to hear from them. It think the issue is that the radiator support and front body work is where the G and Z really differ and that's why I'm having issues that I'm sure other people have worked through. For example, I had to drill new holes in the intercooler brackets that he provided to get the intercooler to bolt up.

Anyway...if you did not, everything under the sway bar looks fine. Here are a couple of pictures that I took again, as my car is still on the lift:

As for the charge piping, as with some other turbo kits, a hole needs to be cut in the plastic in order to run the cold piping to the TB. For the G35, I send out a smaller pipe going from the IC to the engine bay than for the 350Z's.
This should help:

You may need to cut the one end of the 90 degree coupler in order to get the charge pipe firther in. It is a bit tough to get that pipe fitted on the G due to the lack of room, but many customer have done it with success.

Your pics must have gotten lost in my junk mail folder.
I made a hole larger than the one you showed. Do you have pics with the pipes in place on the G. Gonna try snipping the rib marked by the red arrow next and see if I can get the tube to roll up. Don't think modifying the couplers will help cause it's more of an angle issue than length issue.

Cutting that rib worked. Couplers are under a little tension. Hopefully won't pop off. A few little things left and hopefully should have it running this weekend.

Hmmm...not sure what hapened....I have a total of 35 email in my email from/to you, but the last on does not show as replied. But then again the last was sent from phone. Maybe that is the reason you did not get it.
Anyway, glad you got it all figured out.

I bent the line marked with a red circle. Line was originally veritical and I bent it back almost horizontal. Could have prob bent it half as much but don't want to bend it back and weaken it. Lines are soft and I just used my hands to bend them.
Also the hole I made could have been smaller but not by much. The pipe passes through at an angle so a simple circle would not have worked in my case.

Looks like the pipe going to your plenum isn't lined up. I have mine quite a bit lower than you have yours. Loosen it at the throttle body and rotate it more to line up with your connection from the intercooler.
Also, the sway bar clearance is very close. It took me quite a long time to move things around to get clearance while the car is on the ground. Even then I still have some rub marks on it but it doesn't hurt anything.
Just try loosening some things and move the piping around a little. I used some heat reflecting tape around my piping in that area to keep the sway bar from making noise if it contacted it. The clearance on that is the same as it is on the 350z. I think your aftermarket sway is a little thicker which might be the cause of some extra issues.
