Default Boosted Performance Dynograph

Just wanted to post my dyno results after installing my boosted performance twin scroll kit and having it tuned by Seb and Greg from Specialty Z. Car has stock block, heads, manifolds & returnless fuel. Boosted Performance twin scroll kit utilizing a Precision Turbo PT6766 1.00ar. Haltech PP, external MAP, Haltech dual widebands, Treadstone 340lph pump, and 750cc injectors. I'm very happy with the results!

Really solid numbers but the boost and fuel curves look like first time revisions...need some smoothing.

+1 on good numbers and +2 on needs a little more work...

Could be so much better if you had a EBC to avoid those spikes of boost from 6 to 8. Also your AFR should stay in that 11 to 11.5 range and not drop so much to the 10's. They should be able to clean that up a bit more with fine tuning.

Best bang for your buck for EBC that's also a Boost/Vac Gauge and has Over Boost Protection... AEM Tru Boost.

It would be good to see the MAP log on the haltech vs dyno MAP. I don't think it is spiking like that at all....same with the O2 sensor readings.

If you log boost on a dynojet they do this sometimes when you trying to log less then 15psi for whatever reason. The AFR section is probably ok but who knows where they had the sensor, etc...

Yeah, I second guessed myself when comparing the torque curve vs. boost. There would have been a definite torque spike with 2psi...like 30 ft-lbs if I had to guess.

I have noticed this too. That particular dyno also read one psi lower (vs. my Haltech log) when I tuned my car a while back. The wastegates have a .5 bar (7.25psi) springs in them, so 414whp and 400+/wtq is not too bad at all for that boost.

This car has the Haltech dual widebands, and the reading was taken from the driver side bank sensor.

Nice torque curve!

I'm sure the wideband log on there was slightly different than what was being read on the haltech although there is a slight drop in hp at the area demonstrated with low a/f so it could be true.

Thanks for all the comments guys! The car pulls hard, and driveability is awesome! I'm really enjoying having a boosted car again. I actually have a boost solenoid for the Haltech, but we disconnected it and ran just off the wastegate springs while on the dyno because I had it plummed in wrong. Now that its boosted and tuned I just plan on enjoying it for the summer, and hopefully doing a simple engine build in the winter.

Good to hear its going good, and nothing is just a simple engine build, lol.
