Greddy TT kit dyno'd, some thoughts
Okay guys I dyno'd the TT kit with 6.5 PSI or so of boost. It layed down a respectable 369 whp and 338ish ft lbs of torque. This is all with the base Greddy map and E-01. Problem is the fuel pump is not keeping up and it is leaning out a little at the top end. I woudl recommend you folks pick up a fuel pump upgrade when installing this kit prior to tuning it out. If you want to just keep it at 6 PSI it is pretty safe but if you plan on taking boost up a smidgen and retuning the E-Manage, do the fuel pump beforehand. Other than that the kit ran darn well.

You guys are going to run into some interesting finds even with an upgraded pump...so far from what we have seen, the Walbro 225 still dropped pressure up top as well....working on trying to figure out a better solution
Dan - I have heard the PE is nothing more than a walbro in a fancy box....try and get me the part number off the PE, I'll confirm, and if need be, we have heaps of the Walbro in stock.
PE is also using 1420's...a far cry from the 18G of the Greddy kit, so that could account for some of it (though both kits run very low boost relative to the turbos used.
Also, what exact injectors is Greddy using (in terms of brand) - PE might have the edge if they are using one of their dual nozzle styles.

E-Manage is showing 100% duty cycle and I know the 440's are not maxed out so it leads me to believe fuel pressure is dropping. As for PE kit it uses Denso injectors and Denso pump. I sincerely doubt it is a Walbro but I'll know next week.

actually if greddy used the injector change feature and adjusted only the map chart and not the injector chart it would read max out because the emanage thinks that it only has 280cc injectors and adding the fuel pump won't change it. I would say you are going to have to reprogram the e manage. That is what I would do first before spending money on a fuel pump.

The Z and the TT kit looks great by the way. Here's my understanding regarding the 6.5 psi. The 5.6 base psi map is for the TT kit without the optional intercooler and there is a base 6.5 psi map for the TT kit with intercooler installed. I'm pretty sure when I asked Dan, (I'm not positive though) that he said there was no tuning with the e-01 yet because the stock pump was putting out all it could. Tuning will come after the install of the new fuel pump. The initial dyno produced some strong numbers, but showed a drastic change in the a/f ratio at higher rpm's. Can't do much with tuning if the stock pump is maxed. Hopefully, the new fuel pump can supply enough fuel/pressure to support the 6.5 psi and higher boost.

totally agreed apsilon...Dan I think you'll find pressure is dropping off alot. Can the Emanage log injector pulsewidth (in ms)..if so, use that and back yourself into the duty cycle, just to verify how the EManage computes it..there are right and wrong ways (the wrong being much more typically found in my travels)
As for the injectors, the 440's should be fine for upwards of 400 hp.
