Listen, you really need to just stop going into boost and stop driving the car until you get it tuned.

It's doing it at 3k because the car isn't tuned. Just because it is ok in 1 area doesn't mean it's a good map. Every car is different and needs to be tuned. If you continue to drive this car trying to get by with using resistors or whatever crazy hacks to keep it running I will put money on the engine blowing up.
