not to mention turn around time was spot on. he told me it would take about 6 weeks for the motor since he was swamped and like clock work motor appeared at my door before expected.

 

Just my 2 cents... every shop will have an issue with a customer at some point. I've done business with Kyle once or twice (not for engines) and I can say that he is very professional and has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Order status, tracking #s, everything you expect from a professional parts service.
