Looking to get any input on anyone who has ran that combination and if idle has been manageable.

 

Doubt many (if any) have done this. Let us know how it goes. I know it works with Uprev.

 

I have a feeling it does work, The emanage can alter the ECU's injector signal from -80% to +100% Duty Cycle, or -20ms to +20ms Duration. So I think it should work, the s2000 guys run these injectors with the EU, shouldnt be much different. Hopefully it does work.

 

Streetz are you about to run e-85?

 

I mainly want to upgrade to new technology injectors. Currently have 600cc DW Denso. so looking into these which can flow near stock at idle and flow 1000cc, as added benefit it leaves me one less item needed to try e85

 

I have DW600's they flow fine at idle. I'd say if your ECU can't control the 600's well at idle you may just as well have issues on the 1000's.

 

With 600dw my idle is fine so I'm hoping the same will be for the 1000

I had no problems with them, idled great and everything, but I'm running Osiris...now I'm running 2150cc injectors and still idles good with Osiris, but I did have to raise my idle a little...

My ecu is not compatible with Osiris.
I have not found a thing that my EU cannot do, hopefully this will be a success. We'll find out in a couple of days.

 

I didn't know there were any 350z's that were incompatible with Osiris... Do you drive a 2003 G35 sedan?

Fixed. If the EU can't do it, you may have to look into full ecu swap or check if Nistune can do it.

 

Yet another reason why I think EU is as good as a stand alone (at least for MY application).
The car runs perfect, starts even better than before, and idle's at stoich even at open loop.

I also went for a drive and car runs great just need to do additional tuning. So in conclusion, EU + ID1000 works perfectly!

Idle pulse width is at 1.3ms.
