Resmarted, thanks for your advice man, but I have a really good fabrication shop down here and we're purchasing flanges from Precision directly too, and fabricating custom piping too so it should be good. And thanks on the FP advice, will buy a new one!

Dude don't buy a used 255. You can get them new for 80$ shipped. They tend to die over time so don't cheap out on a fuel pump.

Next up, don't just buy a turbo. They don't just bolt up to the car. You need a turbo kit. Check out boosted performance's kit. You can get that very 6266 and I guarantee it's the best single setup on the market. It's the only one id consider.

Good luck fabricating that kit! Lol they're a bit harder than they seem (done one myself)

And good thinking on the 255... I would recommend just buying a DW 265 or 300 and spend a little more just to have a bit more flow... Although on a stock block a 255 is plenty.

I know a guy who blew up his single turbo 350 because his 255 died.... He was built so, yes that stuff is serious.

In case you haven't bought injectors, and are doing a budget build - Nissan GTR OEM 570cc injectors are direct drop in, and the pigtails are plug in play. I don't know what your power goals are though, if you're going for crazy power probably best to go aftermarket:

Thank you!
No. No they will not do. These injectors are not suitable for use in any engine, whatsoever. These are from TLF Performance on ebay (nothing comes up in search on this company, which is why I'm posting this- hopefully it'll save someone's engine). The guy literally drills out the caps for more flow. There were drill marks on the caps on the set I examined. I'm reasonably sure I could see shavings under the cap as well. Under magnification, you can see that the holes have huge burrs around them and are more oval shaped than round. Dynamic flow rates are all over the place. There's a very good likelihood that these injectors could cost you an engine.

Supra guys have melted pistons with these injectors because they run such massively different flow rates at partial duty cycles.

GTR injectors are hands down the better value if you're looking for a low-cost set of injectors. They're maybe $20 more (Typically $175-200 on GTRlife) and OEM quality. They achieve more flow the correct way- more holes of the same diameter- rather than opening up the holes like TLF does.
