Default th400 to vqde dapter and flywheel

Anyone know where to get the adapter plate and flywheel for the th400/4l80e to line up with the vqde? VTR has the adapter and transmission crossmember in stoc; however, they say it is 4-6 weeks to get the flywheel...I don't know what all is involved or how it is different from the GM and Nissan flywheel, but I would appreciate knowing where to get the flywheel quicker than 4-6 weeks...if they say 4-6 you can bet it will be 3 months...expecially during holiday season!

the flex plate is going to have to have the GM torque converter bolt pattern on it instead of the nissan one. machine shop could probably re purpose a nissan one.

Default TC adapter

GOOD TO KNOW JERRY! I have 2 flex plates...one new and used....so nothing different just have a machine shop put the bolt pattern for the Gm TC on the flexplate...wow...and VTR wants 4-6 weeks for that...and 1100.00 bucks....

Appreciate the insight always bud....!

shouldnt be, i mean it needs balanced as well and likely reinforced in the new bolt locations. more then likely VTR has theirs machined from billet, plus they charge a shitload for everything.

oh yah might need a spacer too, i would take a look at that first before taking the oem flexplate to have anything done to make sure. great thing about the th400 is such a large inspection cover to take measurements. need to have the other parts to bolt it up first though.
