Default 12v source, ground, gauges questions

I've got 3 gauges total, A/F, Boost and Oil temp all will be in the center cubby. I'm an idiot and ran all the wires through the passenger side wiring harness behind the battery location. (Just cut the boot a little bit on the side). Then I realized that I needed to tap into a 12v source that isn't constant like the battery Anyway, what are my options? Radio, cigarette lighter, ignition switch? Also best place in the cabin for chassis ground? Any help or more insight on the install would be very much appreciated.

Use the radio for switched power. Make your own ground with a OEM bolt somewhere or drill a new one. Also, seal that hole you cut with silicone. There's a stream of water going right around it that will leak thru onto your ECM everytime you wash it or in a rain storm.

Ok cool, any special kind of silicone for the rubber? Also, can you be a little more detailed about where behind the stereo as far as the 12v power wire and will all 3 power gauge wires be ok with one connection from the stereo? It's a 2003 with the regular stereo, not the bose system if that makes a difference.

Clear, outdoor silicone. I'll let you do the rest...not gonna search wiring colors for you. If it's too much you'll pop the fuse, might have to up it one size if that happens. I run an LC1 wideband off my stereo and it's fine... the other gauges shouldn't use much power at all compared to the WB.

Ok awesome, I'll do just that! I figured I'd throw it out there about the stereo wire in case you remembered what to/not look for. I've never removed the stereo before, but the waterfall cluster is still all out so it shouldn't be a problem figuring it out. I really appreciate your help.
